Lost and Found Appetite

I’ve lost my regular appetite for four days. I never skipped a meal during those days, but I had to force myself eating. I even bothered to buy a cookbook so I could have something to ignite the appetite back. It wasn’t much a help.

It was last night when I kind of got worried with my appetite. I didn’t really want to eat but I had to. I was even thinking of just skipping dinner, perhaps eat later at home. But when I looked at the cookbook I bought and saw the bell peppers, I thought I should eat. I love bell peppers.

When I went to buy something for my dinner, I couldn’t help but take a pretty long time before deciding. I wasn’t even thinking of buying something we usually eat for dinner. I was thinking of buying a Cream Puff, but I ended up buying Turon and Chocolate-Banana Something. I had to be reasonable. Cream Puff for dinner is not good.

As I had my first bite (and chew) of the Turon, I was suddenly full. I had more bites, but only because I forced myself.

When we got back home, I checked our table for what was served. There I saw a Fish Paksiw. I thought I smelled the vinegar and felt driven to eat. That’s when I realized that I had my appetite back! I was really happy.

I had my real dinner with enough enthusiasm.

Today, I could say that my appetite is really back. We had chicken and prawn for dinner. I’ve been staying away from non-scaled seafoods so I only had chicken. I was even thinking of devouring half of what was served to us. Woot!

Then I realized that it’s Friday tomorrow. Good luck.
